Actually, it’s game week.
Football game week is upon us, as College Football gets rolling this Thursday, and a full slate of games on Saturday. That includes the Buffs facing off versus the lambs from up north this Saturday at 10am. Yes, 10am. Thanks for that, TV executives. Is this a 8 year old soccer game or a D1 football clash? Someone recently said that every beer you drink before Noon adds 30 seconds to your life. In that case, I will add about 2 hours to my life this Saturday.

I'm really looking forward to college football season this year. USC and LSU will be smacking the dogshit outta squads this season.
How will BC do this year? Who the hell knows with no Toal playing. One.
I thought the game was scheduled so early in an effort to curb tailgating? To me, this just means a very very long day of drinking.
Doesn't make a lot of sense considering they are opening the lots at 6:00 a.m. If anything it may be worse with the kids just staying up all night getting hammered.
I know that I'm going to start tailgating at 10pm and go through the game.
^Dart- LSU and SoCal seem to be everyone's darling picks. I saw Mark May pick BC as his "most disappointing team." Tough opening game for the Eagles.
^HV- A 2-10 and 4-8 team doesnt get too many TV execs excited. Lucky we got he FSN national game. Even earlier for you out in LA right?
^Spot- I'll keep on eye on how many students are there before 8am. Outside of the frat guys, I doubt if many.

In my younger years I'd suggest the all night "Doc Holliday" drink-a-thon...but thats a little harder to do these days.
