Clearly this artist is trying to tell us something. The two-headed reindeer is representative of man's dual nature. The two mouths depict humanity's ravenous hunger.
It is no accident that the two-headed beast appears to be a deer of some kind, symbolic of the victim's of humanity.
The question about wiping is pure existentialism.
